Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire a Product Specialist at our Orange County location.

This is a hourly full-time position plus commission with average pay ranges between $32,000 to $100,000 a year. Pay range scale can fluctuate based on one individual sales performance.

Store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am-7pm; Sunday & Monday we’re gone riding.

Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday’s and Monday’s off with a minimum requirement of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.

You are a great fit if you can:

• Engage and assist every customer that enters dealership with exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with management and various departments to ensure a seamless experience and transition for every customer.
• Utilize CRM to log every customer lead and interaction.
• Provide impeccable product knowledge by completing all available OEM training programs.
• Support with relocating and rebranding dealership showroom when necessary.
• Perform other related duties for the benefit of the dealership.

Other requirements and Skills:

• Must be able to provide a valid salesperson license before day of hire.
• Minimum of 1 year of powersports experience.
• Motivated to meet goals in a consistent manner.
